Customer satisfaction is very important to us, we want to ensure you’re happy, every step of the way – from choosing which e liquid or vape device you want to purchase all the way through to delivery and receiving your goods. we can certainly say a lot of our customers are very happy!
All our e liquids come straight from distributors and manufacturers directly, so we can ensure that we’re offering a legitimate product every single time. All e liquids are fully certified to comply with TPD (Tobacco Products Directive) laws and only use the finest ingredients.
Delivery
We pride ourselves on our fast delivery, with most of our customers who purchase before 4pm receiving their products the next working day. This isn’t always possible, but we aim to get your package to you as soon as physically possible.
We currently send all packages via Royal Mail and offer a free delivery option for all orders over £20. This free delivery option is sent out as 1st class tracked, so you can keep up to date and track your package accurately. We feel this gives you peace of mind, ensuring that your package is on its way and will be delivered on time.
